Mark and team Weske made me and my family feel like our house was the only house they were selling. When Mark was unable to help for reason outside of his control he sent a member from Team Weske to be by our side. Mark was the real estate professional we needed to sell our property. Mark provided insight on what we needed to do to bring the property up to grade to make it salable. Mark also provided us with contacts to help us complete any repairs and/or evaluations as requested by the potential buyer. Mark did an excellent job in researching comparables for the property and because of his diligence, we were able to price the property not only for a quick sale, but get the price we wanted. Mark followed up in a timely manner to keep us up-to-date with all activity on the property and guided us effectively in accepting the right offer and at closing. I worked with Carole on finding my first home and she was great at making sure the houses she showed me were within my price range and had the features I was looking for. Even after I had an accepted offer she was able to help me understand what needed to be done on my end to continue the home buying process. Her recommendation for a home inspection company (Shamrock) was also great, they were very thorough and knowledgeable which made me feel comfortable with the choices I made.

Carole was excellent. Very conscientious of every aspect of helping sell my condo. And at a great price! Very thorough about the paperwork involved. And thoroughly checked the conditions involved with the selling of the condo. I was very happy to have met her, and to have worked with her on the selling of my condo.

Carole Severson worked with me and my family to sell the home my parents built and lived in for 56 years. Her response time to any inquiry we had or any activity on the listing was incredibly quick. She was prepared at our first visit to give us a reasonable listing price for the house. She was upfront with all the costs involved and gave valid suggestions to make the sale a success. The most important quality about Carole was that she listened to what our requests were rather than being pushy.

Our experience with Mark was great. He is a fine young man with a bright future. He was very in tune to our needs and wants, helpful and conscientious of what was good for us. Being we are older (60's) and lived in our former home for 30 years, Mark understood us. He almost seem to feel our memories and understood how hard this would be for us. Downsizing was inevitable for us, but the family memories for us were harder than selling, and Mark understood that and helped us through that. He is a good, honest person and patient, especially when we would be anxious or worried about something. He understood and made us feel better.
